We see a scene from South Park, with Mr. Garrison handing out copies of Catcher in the Rye to the class while describing it as so inappropriate that all the kids want to read it. And then a bit between Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert where Colbert announces that his guest for that evening’s show was J.D. Salinger.
