During the credits there’s an extra scene where Mathias tells François that he’s not selling the apartment. After the credits, there’s another scene where Mr. Lefebvre the realtor explains to Mathias how he learned English.

“Dedicated to the memory of Samuel Beckett…” and about a dozen other people (the listing went on for two lines). I’ll see if I can track down the rest of the dedication.
