What did you think of this film?

during the credits
Sparkle sings a song during the beginning of the credits.
After Credits? No
NOTE: The movie is dedicated “In loving memory of our friend Whitney Houston.”
During the credits Sparkle (Jordin Sparks) performs another number from her show. Nothing afterwards. The movie is dedicated “In loving memory of our friend Whitney Houston.”
Would you consider it a stronger though? I just read about it before you posted and it didn’t sound like one to me, but I could be wrong since I haven’t seen the movie yet.
Well, the movie did come to an end, complete with a black screen. Then the credits start appearing and Sparkle performs a complete second song (along with reaction shots from various characters in the audience) while the credits roll on the side of the screen. She sings over most of the credits – I think the number ran for three minutes or so. This extra scene doesn’t necessarily add anything to the story, but the performance was excellent.
Okay, thanks for the clarification! I thought it might just be one of the songs during the credits or something. My bad.
