In the Director’s Cut DVD version of the film: Amanda comes to the door of the place holding the little girl (the one that Hoffman “saves” at the end of Saw IV) and tells her “Remember, don’t trust the one who saved you. Don’t trust the one who saved you.”. The version shown in theaters did not have this scene.

This is wrong, there is a scene after the credits featuring Amanda telling the locked-up young girl not to trust the one who saves her.
This is one of those grey areas. I’ve personally seen this film in the theaters and confirmed at the time that nothing was shown. However, researching this, the scene you mention was included on the Director’s Cut DVD version of the film. I’ll update this posting to reflect this better.
