At 32, Michal is finally looking forward to the comfort and security of marriage, when she is blindsided by her fiancé’s decision to call off the wedding with only a month’s notice. Unwilling to return to lonely single life, Michal decides to put her trust in fate and continue with her wedding plans, believing Mr. Right will appear by her chosen date. Confident she will find a match made in heaven, she books a venue, sends out invitations and buys a wedding dress, as her skeptical mother and sister look on with trepidation.

During Michal’s month-long search for a spouse, she enlists the help of two different matchmakers, goes on a series of disastrous blind dates and finds an unexpected connection with a charming but utterly unsuitable pop star – all while dismissing pleas by concerned friends and family members that she reconsider her risky plan. We see Stakar talking to some of the Ravagers about learning a lesson from Yondu and wanting to reform their group (Guardians 3000 from the original Guardians comic books).
The High Priestess is summoned, but before she goes she talks about creating an even better Sovereign and looks at the new birthing pod, naming it Adam.
Peter walks into Groot’s room and starts complaining about the mess. Groot (looking and acting like a sullen teenager) is playing a video game and mostly ignoring Peter.
The main characters are shown dancing along the side of the credits, including The Grandmaster (Jeff Goldblum).
No raccoons or tree creatures were harmed during the making of this feature. The same cannot be said for handlers of said raccoons and tree creatures.

An observational feature length documentary that follows NBA All-Star Kenny Anderson, in the midst of a mid life crisis, dealing with a drinking problem and on a journey to find himself ten years post retirement.

Everything came easy, but when he lost it all, he had to figure out who he was minus his famous handle.

Kenny Anderson was born in Queens, New York. As a 16-year-old high school sophomore, the LeFrak City, Queens native who attended academic and athletic powerhouse Archbishop Molloy High School in Briarwood, was considered one of the best basketball prospects in America, Collegiate recruiters began scouting Anderson in sixth grade and he was on the front page of the New York City sports section when he was 14. By the end of his high school career, he was a three-time Parade All-American, a feat not accomplished since Lew Alcindor, and the first player to be named All-City four times. In addition, he was a McDonald’s All-American, Gatorade’s high school player of the year, and named Player of the Year by the New York State Sportswriters Association. He was named New York State Mr. Basketball by the New York State Coaches Organization and Parade, Naismith, and USA Today player of the year. Despite his coach, Jack Curran, benching him for the first quarter of all of his games during his freshman year at Molloy, Anderson set the all-time state record for scoring in New York, with 2,621 points.

People in the “hood” knew Anderson was special. They made sure he stayed on track, and when he got drafted by the Nets at the age of 19, shouts of celebration could be heard on the terraces of Le Frak. Mr. Chibbs is a story about a boy from the “hood” who made it to the NBA but never forgot where he came from. Anderson amassed millions in his career only to lose it all. Living a comfortable middle class existence with his wife Natasha, Anderson’s struggles with memories of hunger and molestation as a child. His main goal is to reset his life and figure it who he will be for the rest of it.
