There are broadcast news reports concerning Chinese citizens growing support for Ai Weiwei after his release from prison. The news reports how Ai Weiwei was given a huge tax bill from the Chinese government (presumably as punishment for his political activism). Then it reports how the Chinese people are sending money to Weiwei as a sign of their support. Then it shows a self-shot video of Weiwei singing and dancing to an amusing Chinese song as a way of thanking all of his supporters.
