Having failed to defeat Aquaman the first time, Black Manta, still driven by the need to avenge his father’s death, will stop at nothing to take Aquaman down once and for all. He later wakes up in Dr. Stephen Shin’s care, with various bandages on his body, and sees Dr. Shin tinkering with his suit and accidentally firing a weapon. Dr. Shin asks him how he found this Atlantean technology, and Black Manta says he’ll tell him if he helps him find Aquaman.
