Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M’Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira) and the Dora Milaje (including Florence Kasumba), fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death. As the Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must band together with the help of War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda.

We see Shuri at the beach in a continuation of the final scene in the film. She is approached by Nakia and a young boy. Nakia introduces him as her son, Toussaint. Nakia explains that T’Challa moved them to Haiti to distance them from the pressure of the Wakandan throne. After he came back (Avengers: Endgame), he found out about his illness so he had them stay there so they won’t witness his suffering. Shuri asks her if Queen Ramonda met the child and she says that she did. The boy asks if she can keep a secret and tells her that “Toussaint” is only his Haitian name and that he has a Wakandan one as well, it is “Prince T’Challa, son of King T’Challa,”.
We see the words: “Black Panther will return.”
