There is a scene that takes place the next morning at the mall. We see from behind a woman walk toward the fountain where Pumpkin and Apple fought. She’s drinking from a cup with Sharon written on it, and it’s revealed that Sharon is actually an undercover Dallas police officer working in the homicide division. She’s been following Apple for months and wants to check over the crime scene. As she talks to the local officers working the scene, she sees a tech carrying the Jane doll. Realizing it has video recording abilities, she finds Pumpkin’s phone and discovers it was recording during the incident. She walks off confident that she knows where Apple is heading next.

Wilkerson, Toby.” The convict says “I told him” (and other stuff as Lee talks over him). Lee “so we had to come out here right away and they only found a little bit of him. Get this. They also found a woman out there. That woman was wearing a doll mask.” Other officer says “Shut up, let him talk” to the convict and then to audience “Doll mask, sir”. Convict says “like on a doll” and motions over his face. They stand quiet and scene ends.
