THIS IS NOT A REBOOT. It is an entirely original comedy, inspired by the cinematic ‘classic’ “Anaconda,” that features Doug (Jack Black) and Griff (Paul Rudd), who have been best friends since they were kids and always dreamed of remaking their all-time favorite movie. When a midlife crisis pushes them to finally go for it, they head deep into the Amazon to start filming. But things get real when an actual giant anaconda appears, turning their comically chaotic movie set into a deadly situation.

She issues the command: “Bring me… The Shredder.”, ending with an over-the-shoulder shot of Shredder on a NYC rooftop, looking upon the city.

We see a short clip from the original film where Janine (Annie Potts) gives Egon (Harold Ramis) her lucky coin before the climactic battle. Egon says that he might not make it and woulnd’t she need it? Janine replies saying that she has another one. The scene continues in the present with Janine holding onto the coin while talking with Winston (Ernie Hudson) about his career after the Ghostbusters business slowed to a crawl. He’s a very successful businessman now, but he states that he’ll always be a Ghostbuster. The scene continues in the old firehouse that serves as the Ghostbusters headquarters, with Winston opening the garage door and guiding in the beat-up Ecto-1 car. The scene ends with a shot of the blinking energy button on the panel of the ghost containment system. Then a new Ghostbusters logo appears with a Stay-Puft marshmallow figure in the no-ghost sign.

Flamboyant TV chef Erasmus Brumble (Coogan) along with his director and long-term partner Paul (Rudd), are happy going through life playing as hard as they work. But suddenly they have to decide whether to grow-up or continue down their well-trodden path, when Erasmus’s estranged grandson, Bill (played by Jack Gore), unexpectedly turns up at their door, after his father is taken away to serve time in prison.

Having another mouth to feed can always come with its strains, but the couple’s fears that they are not yet cut out to be devoted parents become apparent very quickly, with their lavish social lifestyle (and an extensive erotic film collection) getting in the way of their duties as responsible guardians. As unsuited as this small family may initially seem, the loving bond they eventually form is threatened to be broken when Bill’s father warns he’ll take him away upon his release from jail.

Professor Pym, his wife Janet, Hope and Ant-Man are in a parking lot with a quantum tunnel that is in the back of Louis’s van. Ant-Man goes to gather some quantum healing particles for Ghost. Ant-Man gathers the particles and waits for the others to get him out of the Quantum Realm. The camera cuts back to the outside of the van where all the instruments and computers are there, but Professor Pym, Janet and Hope have turned to ash (because of the snap of Thanos). Ant-Man is heard calling for them over the radio to get him out.

We see Scott’s empty house, the TV displaying an emergency broadcast message but we hear someone playing drums. The camera cuts to the drum set controller Scott Lang used to play throughout the movie and the giant ant that used to imitate him during the movie is playing the drum set controller.
At the very end of the credits we see “Ant-man and the Wasp will return” then a question mark appears after the text.
