We see Goku and Vegeta’s fight with Goku and Vegeta completely exhausted, They both throw one last punch and Goku falls onto his back and Vegeta is pronounced the winner. Vegeta yells out in celebration “I finally did it, I finally beat him!”. Then Whis finally notices his staff and answers Burma’s call saying “Oh hey Bulma how can I help you” to which she explains “it would have been better if you answered an hour ago”.
