Just into the credits we see Stryker walking down a deserted road. MP’s come up behind him and inform him that he is wanted for questioning.

There are two possible after the credits scenes depending on which reel your particular movie theater received.

One shows Wolverine sitting at a bar with a drink in hand. The bartender asks him if he’s American. Wolverine responds with “Canadian…I think.” The bartender then asks if he is drinking to forget. He responds with “No, I’m drinking to remember”.
The other scene shows Deadpool’s arm in the rubble, reaching out for its head. His eyes then open and he says “Shhhhh…”.
