Shortly into the credits we see Will’s neighbor, who is a pilot, in the airport with a nosebleed. We then see a computer simulation of all the flight connections after the pilot had boarded the plane and as the plane touches down in Europe, countless yellow lines spread out to other destinations which implies that the virus the pilot has is spreading.
