Street-smart Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) is recruited by seasoned treasure hunter Victor “Sully” Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg) to recover a fortune amassed by Ferdinand Magellan and lost 500 years ago by the House of Moncada. What starts as a heist job for the duo becomes a globe-trotting, white-knuckle race to reach the prize before the ruthless Santiago Moncada (Antonio Banderas), who believes he and his family are the rightful heirs. Nate is in a pub making a deal with Gage for a lost Nazi map in exchange for his brother’s ring. The eye patch guy and his thugs double-cross him and take the ring and map back. Sully arrives and then there is a stand-off. Nate deescalates the situation and takes back the map along with the ring. While they leave, Nate asks why Sully was late and he explains that it took too long to get a pet permit. We then see that Sully brought his cat along with him. After Nate and Sully leave the pub, they turn around and look surprised and stop in their tracks and lower their guns. They’ve clearly been caught by someone but we don’t see who it is.

Eddie Brock is at a Tiki Bar talking to the bartender writing things down and trying to figure out the universe he is in. The bartender tells him about villains, aliens, and Thanos. Venom says that it’s not true that Aliens eat people. Eddie says that he should go to New York and talk to Spider-Man. But then he disappears as other multiverse people did and the bartender says, great he skipped out on the bill. Eddie is gone but leaves some Venom symbiotic fluid behind on the bar.

Various oil portraits of the awards ceremony are shown (Doolittle getting knighted, the animals getting metals, etc.). The portraits, then show the cast/animals as the credits show who voiced/played them. Then the portraits become a parade ceremony. The announcer, Polly, says something like if you are wondering about Dr. Blair Mudfly. They show him at the bottom of the cave. He tries to talk to the Bats and gets excited when he thinks they can understand him, but they end up attacking him instead.

Everyone is back in New York and while Spider-Man is resting near Madison Square Garden, a news alert starts on the big screens. It plays a video message Mysterio left before he died saying “Spider-Man is attacking for some reason”, “He has already weaponized some Stark technology”, and “He’s saying he’s going to be the new Iron Man. No one else!”. We then see heavily doctored footage from a moment earlier in the film where Edith warns of significant casualties from a drone attack. In which Peter responds “I don’t care, execute! Execute them all!”. It is then revealed that J. Jonah Jameson (played by J.K. Simmons from the Raimi Spider-Man trilogy) from the Daily Bugle is the source of the clips. The broadcast then switches back to Quinton Beck who reveals Spider-man to be Peter Parker.

Maria Hill and Nick Fury are driving in their car when suddenly Hill turns into a Skrull and then Fury follows suit. They are actually Talos and his wife from Captain Marvel. After a brief conversation, Talos calls non-other than Nick Fury who first appears to be on a beach, but is revealed to actually be on a spaceship with other Skrulls. Talos urges Fury to return to Earth because everyone is asking where the Avengers are and he doesn’t know how to respond.
